I'll be attending the 2026 Annual Spring Conference of the Nova Scotia Federation of Municipalities (NSFM).

I will once again serve as a guest host for a trivia night fundraiser at the Village Tap House in West Bedford in support of the Bedford Blizzard Girls Volleyball club as they raise funds to travel to Nationals. Expect silent auction items to bid on, tough questions, some laughs and door prizes!

A portion of every meal goes to the Muscular Dystrophy Association.

A BBA luncheon with Guest Speaker Jean St-Amand, Councillor for HRM District 16. Jean will be discussing the recent HRM budget and its impacts on Bedford business.

Three registered charities make their pitches the members before they vote. $8000 to the organization with the most votes, $1000 each to the other two.

I'll attend on behalf of Mayor Fillmore to present this year's award to the photographer behind the winning image for this year's "Coastal Areas of the HRM" themed photo competition.
