Students from District 16’s two high schools – Charles P Allen High School and West Bedford High School – demonstrate their oratory skills in this local stage of a province-wide public speaking competition supported by the Bedford Lions Club. I am honoured to have been asked to participate as one of the questioners of the speakers.
