Full details to be announced soon. I’ve partnered with Luke MacDonald of The World Litter Run to conduct a community cleanup along the Bedford Highway – let’s take pride in looking after litter in our community! Everyone is welcome to participate. Supplies will be provided.

We’ll all learn a new term: Plogging! What is it? It’s an eco-friendly fitness trend that combines jogging, running, or walking with picking up litter.

We’re doing this in partnership with the Mill Cove Tim Hortons and we’re raising some money for the Bedford Lions Community Food Pantry in the process!
